From time to time I look at the real estate market and see what opportunities are out there. What I have found in a relatively short amount of time is that two people (perhaps technically 1 1/2) can grow out of a petite space. Our home is beautiful and was the perfect buy at the time. Since then our lives have changed and I see us needing a larger space. With our Church community and e's father in the city, it would be nice to make it back that direction.
The smartest move for me to make in this market is a trade and a trade with this home could be a fantastic investment property for the right person. Our villa is completely renovated, in a sought after location, and a condo association sees to the maintenance on the outer structure and grounds.
